My pool pump stopped working so I had a company come out to take a look and give me a quote on the cost to fix / replace . They told me the entire pump needed to be replaced and gave a quote. Then I call Diamond pool service , their quote was less expensive so I went with them and made the appointment. Once the guy came over to replace my pump he told me that my pump still worked and that just 1 small part needed to be replaced which made the cost significantly less and he had the part on hand and immediately fixed it! I highly recommend this company if you want good service, lower prices and most importantly honest and trustworthy people!! They could have easily swapped out the pump & put in a new one and I would have payed the price and never would have known it was just a small part that would have fixed the problem! Thank you again Diamond pool team!!! I will definitely continue to refer you guys to others!
Isaiah does a superb job cleaning my pool. He's friendly and engaging and Ive learned a lot about my pool from him. A few years back we had a mother duck and her two ducklings in the pool for 6 weeks and Isaiah was very respective of their pool space and never complained about cleaning up after them. Now that spells SERVICE!
Our Pool Person is TOM! He's very thorough in his work and keeps our pool very clean and looking beautiful. When we have a question, he answers it right away, and if he can't answer it, he will find the answer and get back to us. He's a great guy and it's a pleasure to have him as OUR POOL GUY!!!
